Like our menu, our freshly crafted cocktails are inspired by Baja, local ingredients and the seasons. Every cocktail is designed to add an entirely new element to every dish. A little more fruit-forward and refreshing in spring and summer, a tad more sultry with a hint of spice and heat in cooler months. TEQUILA & MEZCAL Nos encanta el tequila (we love tequila). Our fascination might be verging on the obsessive. On countless travels through Mexico, our tequila aficionados go in search of small-batch producers hard at work crafting beautiful blends, many of which you won’t find elsewhere in the States. We sip the spirit at its source: sweeter, floral flavors from Jalisco’s highlands to mineral, herbaceous notes from the lowlands, and smoky, complex mezcals from Oaxaca and beyond--all perfectly balanced expressions of their terroir. The result of this tireless, selfless quest is our Smugglers List, which features a few familiar favorites, but also plenty of exciting new faces. Every tequila and mezcal is chosen with purpose, to enjoy alone or add something new to your dining experience, but all will stir your soul.
